Scope and Contents
On the requirements for medical students. The English and Scotch Colleges of Physicians and Surgeons, and the Apothecaries' Hall, give diplomas and licences to practise. Legal opinion is that students can be examined and licensed without distinction of sex. No medical school is open to women, but the Apothecaries' Hall is.
