The original Clause 10 has been deleted and replaced by a typewritten half-sheet (vij*) with the new version.
The manufacturers are named as British Thomson-Houston and the penultimate penalty clause reads: 'Nothing in these rules shall prejudice the rights which the Secretary of State has otherwise in regard to inventions by Flight Lieutenant Whittle or any undertakings given herein or elsewhere regarding the rights of the Secretary of State to control the disclosure of information or to share in the proceeds of commercial expliotation.'
