Miscellaneous collection of notes by Lu Gwei-Djen on Nei Tan [内丹/ Nei Dan], 1968 - 1979
The notes are marked 内丹生理學雜記 - 未用的. They notes are derived from various works including the 《本草綱目》 [Pen Tshao Kang Mu / Ben Cao Gang Mu], (1596); 《赤水玄珠》 [Chhih Shui Hsüan Chu / Chi Shui Xuan Zhu], (1596). Many of the notes relate to the preparation of the first menstrual blood.
