The despatch is undersigned by Real-Admiral Li (Rigault de Genouilly), the French Commodore; Real-Admiral Hsi (Michael Seymour), the English Commodore; and Ssu (Charles Van Straubenzee), the Major-General of the British garrisons at Hong Kong.
