Biography

Robert Frost joined the Indo-China Steam Navigation Co. Ltd in 1916, for whom he worked as a shore cargo superintendent. He was employed by Jardine, Matheson & Co. Ltd at Shanghai, 1935-1941, and worked for the Ministry of War Transport during the Second World War. He was re-employed in the Shipping Office, Hong Kong, from 1946.
