Biography
S.W.H. Blackmore joined Matheson & Co. Ltd in 1911. He was appointed Manager of the company's Insurance Department and underwriter of the Canton Insurance Office and other companies represented by Matheson & Co. Ltd in 1947. He retired on 31 December 1956.
