Biography
David Kennedy Newbigging joined Jardine, Matheson & Co. Ltd in 1955 and served as an executive in Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Taipei. He was a Director of the company, 1967-1983, and Chairman, 1975-1983. He is the son of David Locke Kennedy (1896-1948) of Jardine, Matheson & Co. Ltd.
