Huth Coffee Sales Ltd was acquired by Matheson & Co. Ltd, together with Huth Produce Sales Ltd, in 1944. The two companies were reorganised subsequently, leading to the creation of two additional firms, Huth Produce Sales (Overseas) Ltd and the Huth Trading Co. Ltd. Huth Coffee Sales Ltd traded in Costa Rica coffee.
