Biography
Goodlake & Nutter was established in 1812, and became a limited company on 1 January 1956, with Jardine Matheson, Hong Kong, and Matheson & Co. Ltd, London, as principal shareholders. The company ceased trading on 30 June 1964, although it continued to fulfil existing contracts until its winding up in 1967. Its business was continued from 1964 by the new company Goodlake (Commodities) Ltd.
