Biography

The Australia China Line was operated by Jardine, Matheson & Co. Ltd from Australia to Hong Kong and Shanghai in conjunction with Common Bros Ltd of Newcastle-on-Tyne. It became a limited company in 1947, and was wound up in 1955. Jardine Matheson, Hong Kong, were the company's General Managers.
