Biography
The Jardine Dyeing & Finishing Co. Ltd was formed by Jardine, Matheson & Co. Ltd in 1957 at Sha Tin in Hong Kong to serve as a modern textile finishing plant. It merged with the Lee Group of textile companies in July 1962 to form Textile Alliance Ltd.
