Biography

Textile Alliance Ltd, a Hong Kong-based company undertaking all stages of textile production, was formed in July 1962 from the merger of the Jardine, Dyeing & Finishing Co. Ltd, a subsidiary of Jardine, Matheson & Co. Ltd, and the Lee Group of textile companies, with other manufacturing firms joining the group as it expanded.
