Biography

Batu Kawan Rubber & Coconut Plantations Ltd was formed in London in 1909. The control and management of the company was transferred from London to Malaysia in 1965, although it remained registered in London. It went into voluntary liquidation as part of a reconstruction scheme in 1971, and its business and assets and liabilities were transferred to the Malaysian company Batu Kawan Berhad.
