Scope and Contents A file containing the 2 September 1976 and the 13 October 1977 issues of the weekly science magazine, New Scientist, which both feature Luck & Flaw plasticine model illustrations on their covers. The September 1976 edition has an image of a scientist with a scale (L&F/210), and the October 1977 issue has an image of an aphid, depicted as a punk (L&F/9). With a copy of Holbrook's paper 'Searching for Intelligence in Space -- Is it Absurd', and (as part of the fax), a shortened version of the paper as edited by Fifield.
