Scope and Contents
Two boxes containing manuscript and typescript letters, memoranda and postcards addressed to Roger Law, along with a small amount of accompanying material, which mostly concern his professional activities and relationships between 1961 and 1975. Scope and Contents
Hutt joined the NUJ in 1925. He became a member of the national executive in 1946 and served a one-year term as president in 1967-8. He was editor of the union's monthly magazine the Journalist 1948-72. The items of 'correspondence' in this series chiefly relate to the Journalist and contain a large proportion of letters from local branches sending copy for publication.
