It covers: 1. Broadbent's 1938 visit to Mount 'Pop Ivan', Poland, and the opening day of the Observatory there. A set of technical drawings of the Anglo-Australian Telescope, originally in seven rolls labelled 'XA AAT'. Includes V, W, X, Y and Z sized sheets and two additional sets: one labelled 'mixed size sheets + MZ' comprised of electricity supply drawings by contractors and another originally wrapped in paper titled 'A.A.T. Exposure Meter'. Also included is a set of prints of drawings of the AAT Coudé Spectrograph, originally folded in a package titled 'XA A.A.T. Spec. (Prints)'.

A set of technical drawings of the Steavenson Telescope (spelled ‘Stevenson’ on the drawings). These were originally held in two rolls labelled 'XB Stevenson Telescope' and include drawings of sheet sizes V, W, X, Y and Z, V being the largest. The Steavenson Telescope was named after its original owner, W.H. Steavenson, who donated it to the RGO in c.1960/61 for use at the Cape Observatory.
