John Daye of Ely, labourer, is summoned to answer Richard Collyn in an action of debt of 40 shillings relating to the sale and supply of 40 dozen [loaves of] bread, 20 Feb. 1632 at Ely. The entry is incomplete. 1r. William Walker of Ely, miller, answered William Overton, executor of the will of John Paske deceased, in an action of debt of 40 shillings...

Nicholas Barker of Wisbech, yeoman, answered Thomas Tegoe in an action of debt of six pounds relating to a bond of obligation of 1 June 1629 at Wisbech. Barker fined; to pay costs and damages. 1r. It was ordered that the Bailiff of the Liberty take Richard Gillun of Grandley, yeoman, to answer Nicholas Barker in an action of trespass on the case....
