John [?Madogaine] of Emneth, Norfolk, gentleman, answered Thomas Sheppard in an action of trespass on the case relating to the loan and supply of ten coombs of good Cambridgeshire malt, 10 Feb. 1637 at Upwell. There is discussion of 14 acres of pasturage sold by Lawrence Hewar, alias Oxborough, esquire to Sheppard in 1637. To proceed to jury trial.
