John [?Madogaine] of Emneth, Norfolk, gentleman, answered Thomas Sheppard in an action of trespass on the case relating to the loan and supply of ten coombs of good Cambridgeshire malt, 10 Feb. 1637 at Upwell. There is discussion of 14 acres of pasturage sold by Lawrence Hewar, alias Oxborough, esquire to Sheppard in 1637. To proceed to jury trial.

James Godfrye of Wisbech, labourer, answered James Cappendike in an action of trespass on the case relating to the sale and supply of the hemp then growing on a piece of land belonging to Cappendike, comprising one and a half acres at Reynold’s Hill in Elm, 20 July 1636. - 1v. Robert Bardwell of March, [occupation not stated], answered Gabriel Hutchinson in an action of trespass that on 28 Aug. 1638 he entered Hutchinson’s close called White Fen at March and [?placed 50 bundles of hemp there]. The entry is incomplete.
- 2r. Daniel Lancton of Wisbech, cooper, answered Robert Thory in an action of trespass on the case relating to a sum of 60 shillings borrowed on 12 Sept. 1637 at Wisbech. To proceed to jury trial.

John Shaxton of Ball, Norfolk, gentleman, answered Thomas Crosse, yeoman, in an action of trespass that his livestock consumed, trampled and overgrazed the grass and haystacks in Crosse’s field called Fennall Field at Leverington between 25 Nov. 1637 and 20 Mar. following.
