Copy of a letter from WSC to [Lord] Northcliffe [formerly Alfred Harmsworth] marked private in which he says that would like to convene an "Air Parliament" to discuss all aspects of aviation and asks [Northcliffe] to discuss the project with Group-Captain Scott, Air Secretary, as publicity in the newspapers will be vital to the project's success.
