A list of 98 names, three inserted later, listed block by block, with occupations. Also listed are two residents 'opposite to Parker's Piece' and ten in Barnwell. The list is folded within another sheet on which what may be rateable values are entered.

A list of 25 names, with communicants distinguished, and numbers of children given in several instances. Presumably a parochial document, but not, apparently, in the hand of Henry Heaton, then Rector.

The assessment is taken under the Act for the relief of certain incumbents of livings in the City of London (44 Geo. III), and lists the occupants of properties in Sherborne Lane, Abchurch Yard, Cannon Street, Green Lettuce Lane, Artichoke Court, Laurence Pountney Lane, Bell Court, Abchurch Lane, Suffolk Lane, Laurence Pountney Hill, Ducksfoot Lane, Upper Thames Street, Martin's Lane, and Old Swan Lane.
Total sum in lieu of tithes: £200.
