As 154a, with a preamble reading: 'After divers former warninges given for the Reparacions of the Inn called the Christopher in Cambr:, which hath bin for many yeares in great decay this 19th of Julie 1648 Richard Love Master of Corpus Christi Coll: in Cambr: aforesaid together with Mr Peckover the Bursar of the said Colledge did with two sufficient workemen make a veiw of the said decayes which they found according to these ensueing particulars whereof they doe by these give notice under their handes unto the Colledg tennant for the said Inn & the annexed tenement, requireing that within three monthes the reparacions be sufficiently made according to the covenants of the lease.'
