Dorse: part of the approved plan. Scale: 1 inch = 6 feet. 'This approximate scale is observed in the dimensions, not in the thickness of the walls'.

Sketch map with elevations of buildings: dove-house, Bull-house, kill-house, etc.; and surrounding neighbours, e.g. Widow Rannew. The emphasis on 'Mr Berry's' holdings suggests an association of this plan with the dispute between Berry and Pettyt at 206a, a suggestion borne out by the 1827 catalogue which describes 206a as having a plan annexed.
