A photocopy of the relevant pages of Feiwel's published text (added by the Archivist).

Returns Report of the Architects on the Plans for Downings College, which had been sent to him by Forster, Cooke and Frere, commenting that: there is probably not a man in the kingdom to whom it could have been less intelligible than to myself - as neither of the Architects who made the plans, nor any person concerned for them or for the College, even did me the honor to favor me with a sight of either if them.
