Crossing the Victoria Falls by basket , 1903 - 1904

Showing A.E. Lamb in the first basket to cross the gap over which the Victoria Falls Bridge was built. The gorge was spanned in September 1903 and the bridge completed in April 1905. The first train crossed the bridge in September 1905.
