165 x 175 mm. The caption continues: ' When dry the cloves are brought to town for sale and export. For this latter purpose they are packed in large bags made from the fibre of the date palm. The man in this picture stencils ports of destination in all parts of the world almost every week.' The cloves in this image are destined for London.
