Scope and Contents 275 x 190 mm. View from the harbour looking towards the waterfront buildings of Victoria, with the Peak in the background. The building second from the left is the Hong Kong Hotel (its three top stories added at some time in the 1890s). To the right, on the other side of Peddar Street are the former premises of Jardine, Matheson & Co. (demolished in 1907). The next building but one houses the Peninsular and Oriental Steamship Co., with the offices of Lane, Crawford & Co. next to it....
