133 x 87 mm. Showing John Lisseter HUMPHREYS (1881-1929) inspecting a guard of honour of Indian soldiers on his arrival at Jessleton to take up his appointment as Governor of British North Borneo. Humphreys, who entered the Straits Settlement Civil Service in 1905, died while on leave in China after three years as Governor of British North Borneo.
