145 x 184 mm. A view showing a group of cabbage trees, with a wood cabin beyond. A valuable tree to the Maori: named ‘ti-kouka’ all parts of the tree were eaten, and the leaves, being more durable than flax, were used for making ropes, baskets, etc.
