Scope and Contents 290 x 236 mm. A group photograph of William Roger SANGUINETTI (1871-), with friends and colleagues posed in front of the Kedah Club. Sanguinetti served in the Public Works Department FMS from 1900; from 1921-circa 1926 he was State Engineer, Kedah and this latter date, taken in conjunction with the postings of some of the other figures in the group, is the most likely time for this photograph to have been taken.
