Autograph letters, 1890 - 1937
A collection of autograph letters with a list compiled by Bell. Those of particular interest include eight letters from Neville Chamberlain, whom Bell met in the Bahamas in 1895, and nine letters from Robert Dolbey, the army medical officer and Professor of Surgery at the University of Cairo, whom Bell appointed as his literary executor (circa 150 sheets).

A collection of 18 glass slides and 38 photographs. The slides were used by Hogbin to illustrate talks on her work when on furlough (leave of absence), and their captions were provided by her niece. The captions have been used as titles and have been recorded as found.

A series of British Official photographs (Crown Copyright Reserved). They each have the following typewritten caption on the reverse:
'Today about 10,620 acres are devoted to sisal growing including one big European estate of 7,200 acres in Bunyro. Sisal rope almost entirely replaced manila rope during the Japanese occupation of so many Far East territories and much of the sisal needs were supplied by East Africa'.
