Scope and Contents Album inscribed inside the front cover 'To F. Jackson Esqre C.B. In remembrance of a very nice sojourn in the Uganda Protectorate with the compliments of the author by T.J. Spooner late of the Uganda Rly.' The album was given to H.B. Thomas by Lady Jackson in the 1960s (see Y3046A). The photographs are captioned by Spooner, with further details added in some cases by H.B. Thomas.
