A long single storey brick building with corrugated-iron roof. The typescript caption on the reverse reads 'Built by voluntary labour. Village subscribed about £160 and Co-operative shop £65. N.A. [Native Administration] gave £100 for roof, £30 for roof, and wages of carpenters and bricklayers'. The pencilled annotation on the reverse reads 'See earlier note'.
