82 x 108 mm. The bishop is returning an item of Ashanti Regalia obtained in 1874. Wilfrid Parker (1883-1966) was Bishop of Pretoria 1933-1950. Otumfuo Sir Osei Agyeman Prempeh II was the Asantahene or Paramout Chief of Ashante from 1931 until his death on 27 May 1970. He was elected to that office on the death of his uncle, Prempeh I.
