The first extract records Chief Justice Temple's charge to the jury during the trial of William Eustace Fitzgibbon, in Oct. 1847, for publishing an allegedly seditious libel in 'The Honduras Observer and Belize Gazette'. The second records Temple's charge to the jury during trials for murder in Aug. 1848. The file also contains an apprenticeship indenture, notes on Crown land, burial rights and serving summons, and shipping receipts.
