Returning to saluting base after inspection, 1954-04-21
105 x 70 mm. The print is also annotated on the reverse with the words (in red ink, and probably by Arthur himself): 'H. M.'s Birthday'.
[Revd Augustus and Lucy Gedge, England?], 1890 - 1899
147 x 104 mm. Showing a bearded clergyman and a stout elderly lady seated on a garden bench beneath a conifer. The man certainly bears a family resemblance to Ernest Gedge and there are several other portraits (largely unprinted) of the couple. The probability that these are Gedge’s parents is strong.
