Scope and Contents

On subjects including his meeting with William Hamilton who was keen to talk to WSC about rearmament; plant for war material construction in the United States from the First World War which could be brought back into service (including Baldwin Locomotive Works, Dunlops and Du Pont); WSC being the "driving force" in the rearmament programme; and encouraging WSC to see Hamilton.
