Scope and Contents
Correspondence between AHP and newspaper editors including Lord Northcliffe and Geoffrey Dawson at the Times, the Spectator, and the Evening Standard, mostly relating to controversies over naval battles and naval policy. With press cuttings and copies of AHP's published letters and articles, including AHP's review of Sir Julian Corbett's official History of the Great War: Naval Operations', entitled 'The Battle of Jutland', and Anthony Pollen's notes on the articles.

With the exception of the correspondence between Anthony Pollen and Jon Sumida, which remains closed until 2029, the collection is open for consultation by researchers using Churchill Archives Centre, Churchill College, Cambridge.
