Scope and Contents
Letters to AHP from friends and acquaintances in Britain and North America, mostly dating from AHP's expedition to the Peace River district in British Columbia, Canada for shooting with his friend Henry Somers Somerset. Subjects and people include: a letter of introduction from the Hudson Bay Company, with Pollen and Somerset's accounts for wilderness gear and hunting and camping accessories; the Catholic Summer School of America, regarding a course of lectures AHP was hoping to launch; and one letter from AHP to his mother, Maria Margaret Pollen, from the S.S. Albatross. Also includes hotel bills.

Conditions Governing Access
With the exception of the correspondence between Anthony Pollen and Jon Sumida, which remains closed until 2029, the collection is open for consultation by researchers using Churchill Archives Centre, Churchill College, Cambridge.
