Includes: Diana Sandys [earlier Diana Churchill and Diana Bailey] to CSC on subjects including Christmas 1951; correspondence between Randolph Churchill and CSC on subjects including his children and Clarissa Churchill's wedding to [Robert] Anthony Eden [later 1st Lord Avon]; correspondence between CSC and Sarah Beauchamp [earlier Sarah Churchill and Sarah Oliver, later Sarah, Lady Audley] on subjects including Winston Churchill's visit to the United States and his speech to Congress, Sarah's television work, the possibility of working with Alexander Korda, reaction to the death of King George VI, dramatised readings, a shared holiday in Italy, joint business plans with Randolph and the death of Sir James Hawkey, chairman of Churchill's constituency association; letters from CSC to her nephew Giles Romilly and her sister Nellie Romilly [earlier Nellie Hozier] on Nellie's health.
