Memorandum of a conversation with Sir Winston Churchill, giving his views on the Byng Case, ie whether Lord Byng, when Governor General of Canada, was right to grant a dissolution to Arthur Meighen, Prime Minister of Canada, which he had previously denied to William Mackenzie King, in the first year of the new Canadian Parliament.
