Scope and Contents

Correspondence and papers on LSA's concerns about a threat to Imperial Preference in the Lend-Lease agreement with the United States, with correspondents including: Sir Herbert Williams to LSA and Anthony Eden [later 1st Lord Avon] on a trade agreement with the United States (2); John Llewellin [President of the Board of Trade]; Montagu Norman, Governor of the Bank of England.
