Access to unreserved business dealt with by the College Council is unrestricted. Access to reserved and confidential minutes and papers is restricted for 10 years from date of creation.

The reserved and confidential papers (usually on pink paper in the physical files) may be subject to a Subject Access Request and some information may be required to answer an FOI enquiry. The papers may be excised in order to provide relevant information yet protect personal and confidential data.
