Correspondence and information materials on the Operation Omega aid mission to Bangladesh and the Bangladesh Liberation War against Pakistan, with correspondents including: 12th Lord Lothian, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Foreign and Commonwealth Office [earlier Peter Kerr], on the World Bank's report into Pakistani refugees in India; Jayaprakash Narayan, Chairman of the Preparatory Committee for the International Conference on Bangladesh, inviting AFB to attend; Sir Cecil Havers, Treasurer of the Inner Temple, inviting AFB to the unveiling of a commemorative plaque to Mohandas Gandhi. Also includes a copy of the Oxfam publication "The Testimony of Sixty" on the famine among the Bengali population of Bangladesh.
