Written question raised by AFB in the House of Lords on Fiji's proposed Independence Constitution, 1970, with an earlier cutting of an article by Bhaichand Patel on the political situation and a letter from Patel suggesting that the Movement for Colonial Freedom [later Liberation] should make contact with the Federation Party of Fiji.
