Assorted source material and notes, including: annotated photocopy of HL's article "The Judgment in the Norwegian Fisheries Case", 1952 [see also LAUT 4/88]; original notes by HL on the United States being a party to various international treaties [possibly relating to the Interhandel case, see LAUT 4/109-10]; photocopy of the application from the Government of Liechtenstein beginning proceedings in the Nottebohm case, 1951 [see also LAUT 4/84-7]; address from the memorial service for 1st Lord McNair and copies of correspondence between HL and McNair on subjects including improving the prestige of the International Court, the Annual Digest and HL's failing health, 1959-60, with a letter from McNair from 1926 on HL's future in the legal profession [originals at LAUT 7/38]; copy of a letter from [Herbert] H A Smith [Professor of International Law, University of London], writing to [Edward] Hugh Dalton, Parliamentary Under-Secretary, Foreign Office, on a proposed Digest of International Law, and how credit was due to HL for the idea, 1929 [see also LAUT 1/7]; photocopies of two of HL's Hague lectures on the interpretation of treaties and the practice of international arbitration, 1934 [see also LAUT 2/70].
