Includes secret intelligence reports, intercepted documents and notes of interviews on various subjects including: issues and affairs in Soviet Russia including policy towards Persia [later Iran], speech by [Lev] Kamenev, negotiations with Great Britain on the Anglo-Russian trade agreement and war debts, conditions in Russia, food shortages, low morale in the Red Army, counter-revolutionaries, arrests of scientists, White Russia, Bolshevik forces in Persia and Mesopotamia [later Iraq], uprisings in Moscow, communications between [Leonid] Krasin and Tchicherin [Georgy Chicherin] about negotiations with Britain, disposition of Soviet troops, potential alliance with Turkey, propaganda and proposed use of the Daily Herald; Poland; Bokhara [Bukhara, Uzbekistan]; and Greece and the purchase of munitions.Also includes: a list of KK documents and circulation list; and copies of papers by WSC.
