Also includes material from unused speeches on confidence in WSC's government (January 1942) and the possibility of the invasion of Britain (no date); cutting from the Daily Telegraph of a letter from Harold Smith; cutting from the Reader's Digest of "Who Owns the British Empire" by Sir Norman Angell.
