Scope and Contents

The file comprises letters from Edmund Durnford regarding the Monxton priory, John Heath regarding the Blackheath property, William Johnson (later Cory) regarding various Kingsmen and College financial decisions, John Halsey Law, Charles H. Marillier, Richard Okes, H. J. Simonds, and Henry Walker regarding a tablet in Chapel to commemorate his brother Edward. The letter from Charles Marillier encloses a photograph of his son, aged 18 months, and a photograph of Margaret Marillier. The file contains a printed letter signed by Okes and Brocklebank regarding the proposal to establish a Finance Committee, and soliciting nominees.
