The bursar’s files predating approximately 1920 are listed in the named bursars’ series, with reference numbers beginning KCAR/3/1/1/, chronologically according to the starting date of the man’s bursarship. Most post-1920 bursar’s files are listed in series I-IV, although a few 20th century bursar’s files are listed in the named bursars’ series as well
